電纜夾又名電纜固定架,是一種應(yīng)用于采煤機(jī)中電纜與水管托移與保護(hù)用的裝置。

電纜夾由夾體、彈簧、銷軸和開關(guān)銷等組成,夾體的H型上下內(nèi)側(cè)各開有一個(gè)導(dǎo)向槽,在導(dǎo)向槽的兩端開有上下對(duì)應(yīng)的4個(gè)方孔,夾體的一側(cè)是兩個(gè)并行的聯(lián)接板,另一側(cè)有一個(gè)聯(lián)接板,在每個(gè)聯(lián)接板上都開有相同孔徑的圓孔。它的夾體采用了以鋼板為骨架,表面溶注尼龍材料制成,外形則為中心牽引式不對(duì)稱的H型結(jié)構(gòu)。電纜夾固定電纜與水管的方法是采用彈簧卡鎖固定方式實(shí)現(xiàn)的。本實(shí)用新型適用面廣,可在高檔普采與綜采上使用。
The cable clamp consists of a clamp body, a spring, a pin shaft, and a switch pin. There is a guide groove on the upper and lower inner sides of the H-shaped clamp body, and four corresponding square holes are opened at both ends of the guide groove. On one side of the clamp body, there are two parallel connecting plates, and on the other side, there is a connecting plate. Circular holes with the same aperture are opened on each connecting plate. Its clamp body is made of steel plate as the skeleton, with nylon material dissolved on the surface, and its appearance is an asymmetric H-shaped structure with a central traction. The method of fixing cables and water pipes with cable clamps is achieved by using spring locking. This utility model has a wide range of applications and can be used in high-end conventional mining and fully mechanized mining.
